Custom and embroidered items require 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity and volume.

2. Customization Policy

Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Once approved and finalized, designs cannot be changed.

Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design choices before confirming.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and embroidered items are non-refundable.

Non-custom items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom items that may have begun processing.
5. Shipping Policy

Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
