1. Order Processing Time

  • All ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom and embroidered items require 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity and volume.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee – contact us directly.

2. Customization Policy

  • Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Once approved and finalized, designs cannot be changed.

  • Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design choices before confirming.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and embroidered items are non-refundable.

  • Non-custom items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging).

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom items that may have begun processing.

5. Shipping Policy

  • We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Repairs & Warranty

  • We do not currently offer repairs.

  • Minimum quantities apply for wholesale discounts.
